Italian Omellete

Ingredients-
1 small potato
1 Egg
1/2 Onion
Chopped Ham or salami or cold cuts 1 Cup

Add spices to your own taste.

The potato will be made into hash browns.
With a grater. Grate the potato into a bowl.
Wash your hands and squeeze the moisture out of the hash browns

The 1/2 Onion should be cut up and sauted in butter.

Then in a bowl mix the onion and the egg and the meat portions.

Next. Mix in the hash browns until you get a nice mix that will fit in a non stick small fry pan

Add some cooking oil to the fry pan.

Cook on medium low until the bottom of the omellete is browned . Check with a spatula.
Then put a plate over the fry pan and hold tightly and flip it into the plate.
Then slide the omellete into the fry pan and cook the bottom until browned.

I used a honey garlic glaze over the top.

It was delicious and easy to make.
