A few years ago, an unusually large lobster was caught in Maine and was being kept as an attraction in a tank in a restaurant. A bunch of animal lovers got together and paid the restaurant owner some big bucks to sell the lobster to them. They then took it out to sea and released it. Within days, it had been trapped again and eaten.
Moral of this story? Uh......

Eating a whole lobster is a lot of work. Give me lobster bisque and I'll be a happy camper.
