Ya know-that 4:30 AM TV ad. Everything, from bald spots (on your lawn or head, it doesn't matter):) to leaky water heaters, easily fixed with this miracle stuff. ALL for ONLY $19.95. And if you order today, you get a free box of other stuff we couldn't sell last month.
Did you ever order some $19.95 TV ad stuff? Was it any good?
 

We have absolutely no interest in the ads and turn the sound off when they come on, if we watch the commercial channels. We watch mainly the BBC, which doesn't have ads.
 
Fuzzybuddy, I hate those commercials that boast false cures! Buyer beware. I did buy a garden hose a couple years ago. Claimed it wouldn't kink. So not true, and the quality was so poor I went back to using my old hose.
 

I do not order the stuff any more. Been burned too many times. Occasionally I will look through the As Seen on TV product aisle at Walgreens when I am there. Still have little I have found I have little interest in most of the stuff. I like watching the You Tube videos by people who test those products. Very few get good reviews.
 
I haven't bought anything from those ads.

My grandson's buddy took his mother's Snuggie to school and ran through the halls with it flapping. Wish I could have seen that!
 
"As Seen on TV"....$19.95....for something that is usually worth far less than Half that. The bulk of that $19.95 goes to pay for the TV ads, and the sellers Profits. The few items that really have some value usually show up at Walmart, or Target, etc., for 10 to 12 dollars.
 
I think "as seen on tv" only exists because the stores won't deal with the crap...can you picture the return lines at customer service,lol
 
Realize at $19.99 and if you order right now they will include a second one free makes the price $9.99. Of course this "Atomic" product is made in China so it has shipped half way around the planet and costs 0.13 to make. The non stick pan ads are the worst when you see examples of food welded to the pans you currently have. Then there are knives that won't cut your tomatoes so you have to buy the mysterious Ninja knives from the orient or knives made of "genuine German steel". The FCC should pass a law the requires the following to be flashing on the screen during those commercials "YOU ARE NOT THIS STUPID"
