I've Decided To Make My Own "T.V. Dinners"

@Remy ..
I'm going to be looking for the Sweet Earth stuff too, at Winco. Curious.
They have those little containers of eggs, bacon or sausage and potatoes too for the freezer. Not sure who makes them.
But, they're ok once in a while. You heat them in the 'wave. $3.00

Always shop for the best price on proteins so we bought these because they were advertised as a great long term storage method.

Super easy to use it was almost immediately we began freezing soups & other left overs in the vacuum sealed bags. Soups we pre freeze in oblong not to deep plastic tubs so that when sealing those they lay flat for easy storage & ID. Right now we probably have 3 weeks worth of TV dinner style frozen vacuum sealed meals. All kinds of proteins frozen & sealed ready for thaw & prep.

Did learn that making new bags if they are made a little bigger when sized for whatever we plan to seal, once opened they can be washed & used for something else.

About 4 months back we bought lean baby back ribs for around 99cents a lb. Sealed and froze 6 of those. Sons were over on 4th. of July weekend to help us use 4 packs. They were as fresh as the day they were bought. The way they eat made me really glad we aren't raising kids now.
