Jazz is no longer with us

We said goodbye to sweet Jazz yesterday. It’s a great relief to know she’s no longer struggling, but still this is really hard.

She was such a great ambassador for Chihuahuas, who are commonly considered to be little devil-piranas! She was so completely atypical for the breed, barely barking, never growling or nipping or doing any of the things that Chihuahuas are infamous for. She changed the minds of many folks who were former chi haters!

She loved to burrow, and so there were little blankies everywhere. Her most favorite burrowing place was under my shirt! She adored being outdoors, though I was vigilant because she was the perfect little food morsel for hungry raptors looking for their next meal!

She was goofy, and joyful, and derpy, and friendly, and she won the hearts of everyone who met her. She will be so very missed!

Ooh bless her heart..its so hard and heartbreaking to lose a pet.. as I know only too well, Ronni... and just having recently lost 2 labradoodles on the same day.

As you know we have our Pixie the chihuahua who is 14.. and she's such good girl , and just like jazz doesn't growl or nip or bite... she's a quiet little snuggler who loves to play ... ... Pixie would like to say she'll see Jazz over rainbow bridge... one day
