Another favorite movie actor I've liked over the years,Jeff Bridges is 69 today
I haven't seen all of his movies,a couple favorites;
Tron'82
Starman' '84
The Fabulous Baker Boys'89
"The Big Lebowski' '98
"The Giver' '14
Jeff won Best Actor Oscar for'Crazy Heart' '10
In '94 he received his Hollywood Walk of Fame Star
His older brother,Beau also an actor,their father was actor LLoyd Bridges
Jeff and wife Susan have been married 41 yrs,a rarity in Hollywood

69. We should all be so lucky.

He and Beau lived up to the title in TFBB. They seemed just like real brothers, which sounds kinda strange.
One of the best actors, that's for sure.

I was a big fan of his father, Lloyd. Sea Hunt was my favorite TV show when I was a kid. Then later I became of big fan of Jeff. I've been a big fan of his since the very early days. Two of my favorite movies that he was in at the begging are "The Last Picture Show" and "Fat City".

I also really like Beau Bridges. I especially remember the 1975 movie "The Other Side of the Mountain" which was a true story of ski champion Jill Kinmont who was paralyzed in a ski accident and Beau Bridges was her love interest. She panicked when he didn't show up after having flying in his plane to go meet her at her home.

I remember seeing that movie. I just checked and Jill Kinmont passed away in 2012.
I think she did a commercial for Greyhound.
