I posted the Chico and the Man theme song in another thread and it got me to thinking... remember Freddie Prinze? So talented, so handsome/sexy, and likeable. How sad that he committed suicide at age 22 (1977).

I loved Freddie Prinze,and am so sad that he left this world so young.

His son Freddie Prinze Jr. has had a decent career and is married to actress Sarah Michelle Gellar (Bufffy the Vampire Slayer).

Very funny act. Yes he was a cutie. I used to watch Chico and The Man and was heartbroken when I got the news. It's so sad that immense talent (and even money earned from it) isn't enough to give them peace of mind. It is good to see his son who's had a measure of success and has stayed married for 17 years. He's also a handsome young man.
