July is National Ice Cream Month...which, oh, which?

@IrisSenior

We go to Kawartha Dairy in Uxbridge for our ice-cream fix. I also love Bordeaux Cherry, and have tried most
of their flavours ๐Ÿ˜‹

Sometimes, we take a freezer pack in an insulated bag, and buy a carton. It costs about the same as 2 cones.
Bordeaux Cherry!!
Now thatโ€™s my type of ice cream. I love cherry ice cream.

๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿ˜ฒ Oh Mylanta! I love maple *and* bacon and I've never in my life heard of maple bacon ice cream... but I NEED some! Could I bribe you into sharing the brand, @Lilac ??
It's made at a local restaurant in the fall by the chef. My husband starts to ask her around September when she will be making it until she does & then he gets a call. I have no idea how she came up with the recipe, but it looks like vanilla but with maple flavoring with diced bacon mixed into it.

I can't eat ice cream much any more (sob!), but the best I ever tasted was Earl Grey Tea Ice Cream.

Rips, if you can't eat dairy ice cream because you're lactose intolerant, you might want to try making your own coconut milk ice cream.

I went Paleo for a couple of years and this is what I substituted for dairy ice cream. You can buy dairy free ice creams, of course, and there are several to choose from, but they usually include ingredients I'd rather avoid. So, I made my own. It's easy with or without an ice cream maker. It's just a suggestion, so you can, once again, enjoy a cold creamy treat.

Katie makes a lot of healthy treats. Check out her recipe for coconut milk ice cream along with her recipes for other non-dairy frozen treats. ๐Ÿ™‚

Lois and Frimas, ice cream once longtime ago
Baskin and Robbins, same
Yoghurty's in a visited mall, twice in a blue moon.

Currently, it's triple chocolate from Italy out of Iceland, pic below. Then honeycomb from Mackie's
Graham's Vanilla
Love Strawberry, Neapolitan, Pistachio, salted caramel, pretty much the whole ice cream menu at DQ, BR almost 20 out of 31...

I just love ice cream lol!

Thanks, Bella, but I can't eat ice cream because I can't digest anything cold; too much of a shock to my system or something, I guess. And I can't drink tea because of the acid.

July is National Ice Cream Month...which, oh, which?

Stopped at Burger King
Hot out
Got their ice cream cone

$1.80???!!!!
for a cone of soft (not ice cream) 'ice cream'
Last time we did this it was less than a buck

Zipped over to Grocery Outlet
Little tubs of real ice cream
got their fancy brand cookies and cream
couple bucks

we shared the spoon

There's a local ice-creamery...that specializes in variety...advertising over 150 flavors..made fresh daily

One ..is.. Cold Brew Brownie
(Coffee ice cream with fudge...ripple and chunks of Brownie)

What flavor have you ever had..that was different..

Would you have again?
That one sounds good to me!
However, if July was the month, then I am nearly too late!
:oops::eek:o_O๐Ÿ˜ฒ๐Ÿ˜ซ

Quick! Three large scoops of what-jace-had, quickly please!

Have cravings for Strawberry Ice Cream but current shops only have Raspberry Ripple bummer! Still looking but think we'll have to go up to Glasgow to find some...
