For me it used to be Heavenly Hash floating in Coke, but now that I am in training I have to settle for celery stalks. What is, or was, your favorite?

Ben and Jerry's Karamel Sutra. I have some in the freezer now as the nephew who introduced me to this bit of heaven is visiting and we will share it later.

Tempting, very tempting...

My favorite.... Rainbow Cone... from my favorite ice cream shop.

Orange sherbet with chocolate pieces was another of my favorites when I tried weaning myself off of ice cream. It made no difference, however, as the sugar content was so high, and couldn't stop shoveling it in!

I don't like 'stuff' in my ice cream like nuts, fruit, etc. A cherry on top of a sundae is okay though. I used to always go to TCBY in TN and get a Heath bar shiver frozen yogurt. Mmmm

My favorite used to be Breyers but my 90 yr old mother just turned me onto this….a new line from Turkey Hill (I know, turkey is a less than appetizing choice for an ice-cream company) that is called All Natural Ice Cream Butter, Almond & Chocolate. The ingredients are impressive. Doesn't even have even have dyes nor Carageenen (causes cancer).

Yum. I'll have to rescind my statement about 'no nuts'. I do like an ice cream bar here that has almond slivers in the coating.

Speaking of ice-cream trucks…someone said once to me,
"the way I used to stop my kids from begging for ice-cream
everyday from the ice cream truck was to tell them that when
they heard the music it meant that they were out of ice cream"
Don't shoot me, I'm just the messenger. I didn't say it.

I liked the chocolate ice cream bars.. Chocolate covered chocolate.. But those were expensive... so I usually ended up with a Popsicle.. but even those were special.

Yes! I forgot that one, and it probably was right up there with root beer...
