I realized there is a reason for sessions timing out in a group when there appears to be no activity. I research most of my post and topics, so to at least give some sort of credence to my writings. This of course takes time. I just spent over 30 prepping for a topic, which I was researching and writing in this forum at same time. Of course I timed out and lost all my information, this happens in all groups. Guess one needs to make sure they copy the article before posting.
 

Are you talking about timing out on posting to this forum? Never happened to me, and I'm slow. Plus there is an auto-save feature as a backup. Maybe you're referring to something else. Just a thought.... :)
 
Yes I am referring to timing out whilst post. Though it is probably me taking to long as I have have as many as 5 windows open researching my topic and posting in other forums.
 

Hmmm... Don't know what to tell you because I don't know much about browsers, and stuff like that, but I know I've spent more than a half hour tinkering around with posts here. I do usually try to type most of it on Wordpad first, then do a cut and paste. It probably depends on each individual's set up.
