Ha! Two days ago I got a call from a lady crook telling me about my Amazon order. It went something like this:
: Your recent order from Amazon will be shipped shortly and your credit card will be charged. If you have not made this order and want to cancel it, please press 1 for assistance."
WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL! First they don't say what I ordered, secondly, they don't know what credit card I'm using and finally, I have ordered from Amazon over the years and know that Amazon never phones me about the order. The crooks are looking for immigrants that don't know the law here or some poor demented person that is confused. Someone once wrote that the phone companies could stop these cold or robo calls but they don't want to. A fool and his money are quickly parted.
