Hi there,

I just joined the forum today. I own 2 independent pharmacies in southwest Missouri. I am working with home health agencies to help with easy to use packaging for prescriptions. I am here to learn from others and maybe make a suggestion once in a while.

Hey Pappy,

The dreaded donut hole...You must have some brand name meds that are dragging you down. If you are on generics that are also cheap, the pain is small. Sometimes you can use coupons on Brand name medications. The coupon/Medicare D insurance thing is a grey area. Some coupons say that you can use them with Medicare D plans, some do not. Doesn't hurt to try though. It can save you hundreds. Most coupons are available online too.

Xarelto and Symbicort. All others are generic. Normally $45 with my coverage and $145 in donut hole. I can get a generic Symbicort out of Canada which I am doing now. Xarelto, no generic for years yet. Try coupons, no go. Anyway rxjimbo, it's good to have you aboard.
