The crime is as usual, drug cartel, human trafficking, prostitution, complete annihilation if you piss off the offenders. I live in the middle of such a group, waiting for a miracle to get my due process from house so I can create a safe and good prosperous life, including helping my neighbors in time of need. There is always good in people that needs help at times. Once a junk, never trust again. The excuses of todays back sliding gives an excuse not a problem solved.

Baltimore is getting a lot of press these days due to abandoned neighborhoods. Maybe the city will get it's act together and make it a safer place to live. Unfortunately, it won't be overnight.

I have just read the first page of your Introduction thread, here. I often feel very isolated, as well. This forum does help some of us with that. I hope it works out for you.

That is the way I was 13 years ago, so I got out and went to a senior center, I also started walking around the apartment complex, sit in the park and watch the ducks, and the like. After, knee surgery, I would step out the front door with my dogs and just stand there in the sun/shade to get some fresh air.

I own my property and refuse to be ran off and stand my ground. my has has to go through due process to take it and damages that occur with proof can be used in court

Thank you teacher terry, the trap for Montana is you buy house, interest rates go sky high you loose house to foreclosure and end up homeless and then you fall into hands of corruption easier to survive!

I am not into or interested in politics, I am interested in a clean viable space to age without atrocities forced upon me or my animals and to continue as a home owner , hopefully in the country in this state I love so much and close to my son. I have lived in every state on the Atlantic coast from Maine to Georgia and there is no where like big sky country!

Trying to get involved and speak frankly on each subject and do find this therapeutic when stressed. Still wishing due process would settle on mess so I can move to smaller community and do what I do best.

So you don’t have a fixed rate mortgage? Otherwise I don’t understand how you could be in danger of losing your home from interest rates rising.

I was talking about people who come or respectfully some people refinancing thinking their mortgage would be safe after alls well and done. My house paid off in 1987 then took city low loans to do work after just purchasing. That was paid off to city in 1997 and I always fixed my home, no loans! So even though it’s paid for, I was giving an example of loans to low income to buy or update.
