Justin Trudeau the new President of Canada. He sure has eye catching appeal, a chip off the old block.
With the terrorist attack in France will he now stand by his conviction.?

Trudeau told President Obama by phone that he would make good on a campaign promise to withdraw Canada’s jets from the U.S.-led bombing campaign against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. Canada has committed a half-dozen fighter planes, a fraction of the American air power in the fight.

I expect Canada will hold up their end of the deal whatever they determine that deal to be.

The terrorist attack might put a different spin on things, and Canada will certainly not leave the Coalition in the lurch now after the Paris attacks, we won't pull out immediately, but I wouldn't be surprised if he stood by his election promise.
