Keep Busy, Live Longer with Less Pain

I am 86 and used to have terrible pain and impairment in my feet and legs for several years from doctor abuse. However, instead of blaming the doctors with wasted thoughts, I decided to keep busy every minute of every day with multitasking from wake up time in the morning to going to sleep in the evening. The rest of the story is that it totally eliminated pain and deterioration in my body. I definitely recommend multitasking to the extreme and wipe all thoughts of suffering and pain from one's mind.
 

@Mitch86 I am only 69 and struggle with getting up from my chair, knowing that I need to move around a bit. I admire your courage to "keep going". It IS so important to stay busy with something besides watching how "bad" we feel. I notice that about my mind also...I am staying interested in something besides my self as much as I can, but sometimes I am just to darn important. Thanks for being a good example! :)

Keeping busy, both in mind and body, will definitely help you live better. I agree totally.
Doctors don't like to hear things like that!
