You know, I believe this. In these trying times do think it helps for us to be "extra kind" to each other for many are fighting hard battles day in and day out.

People hurting others, is a cycle that needs to be broken. Kindness is being shown to people in great numbers, and we need to look for opportunities to show compassion to those around us, especially those who are alone.

I think I'm one of the "older people" here....I use to be sensitive....As the world changed, after 9/11 I have a different
attitude....So Shoot me...I don't care....Now again, I have an attitude....Not for me....But my kids....I want them to have
a world they can have a choice (this is for my grandkids)….I'm saying, most of us had a chance to go out to play,
go to school, get married, have a wonderful job, have babies, We didn't come from money, we persevered by ourselves.
We did it just having a "A High School education" No going to college...We made it with our 2 kids and we helped them
getting a College Education....That was are plight....It turned out OK...Now they are giving their kids a College Education...
Hopefully, they go back to school and get the education their parent's had....
God Bless....We don't know the future, Yet!!!

In my not so humble opinion, it would do us all good to remember that kindness is an action as is meanness. Just because we sometimes think unkind or mean thoughts does not mean we have to act on them. Shoot, if I acted on every little mean thought I had, I'd probably be locked up and ostracized for life. So, instead, I just kick myself in the tush (figuratively) and remember that my ephemeral thoughts do not rule my life. I try to remember that kindness often begets kindness just as meanness often begets meanness.

Plus, it takes so little effort to use manners, to give well-deserved compliments, and to lend a hand from time to time, and the rewards are huge.

Of course I believe this also. But when I see others hurting people, I sometimes find it difficult.
Sometimes...….sometimes...….being kind to the kindless brings great bearing

It's one of my greatest joys to see this happen

Bringing ease in difficult times, to me, is the grandest action humanity can take

Moved to town last June
Noticed an ol' gal in a big sun hat, planting flowers in a patch of dirt on an ugly street corner
Couple months later, several corners up and down that ugly street bore glorious bouquets of bright posies

We're in the process of moving back to the mountains, where nature bestows many a joy
But, that lady
She. and her deeds, will remain in a warm place in my heart
