It happens every year. New Year’s resolutions are made, health club memberships soar,
and “regulars” get upset that they have to wait for machines and squeeze into their regular fitness classes.
Health-related resolutions are typically made to reduce weight, lower blood pressure, or simply to get into better shape.
Most people start out energetically, eager to accomplish their goals, and enthusiastically join or renew gym memberships.
The enthusiasm usually lasts through February, though some don’t make it out of January.
By end of March, the “regulars” have their gyms back…..at least until next January when the cycle starts all over again.
