I just ordered some flexible cutting boards on Amazon Prime Day. You wouldn't believe how long it took me to pick just the right ones. I've been trying to use my wooden cutting boards but they get an odor and I have to bleach and oil them and so on
The flexible ones will go on top of my wooden one. I like the height of the wooden board. I also like the idea of being able to slide food right into the pan. We'll see how it goes. Dishwasher safe!
