Aren't things also going nuts in Sweden and now Denmark as well?
Poor Sweden they've been suffering for much longer from this new type of immigration etc.. and the crime has gone through the roof...Aren't things also going nuts in Sweden and now Denmark as well?
After the judiciary has deemed such a culprit "insane", what does the German system then do with him?Holly, you are faster than me. I read it for the first time here. Such things never happen in Poland or Hungary. If you know the answer, you know the background (origin and religion) of the murderer.
And i want to add: If they catch him, he'll be declared mentally insane the same day. No trial. It is almost every time the case here in Germany.
Yes, he should have been deported but went into hiding before. The Syrian murderer had been denied asylum in Germany and was supposed to have been deported last year.
Syrian suspect in Solingen attack faced deportation order
He entered through Bulgaria his first country in Europe which means that's where he should have applied for asylum.
Even with mass 'accepted' migration by policy it opens the door to this sort of corruption and/or crime because there's usually more than people that smugglers transport..............
By the way: The mayor of Solingen (Germany's 'knife city', famous for it's knife production!) Tim Kurzbach is allegedly involved in the machinations of a smuggling gang. This has now been officially confirmed by the Solingen city council!
Alderman Jan Welzel also states that he is apparently under investigation as head of the immigration authority. The smugglers are said to have enabled rich Chinese to obtain residence permits in Solingen.

The same pic is published in Germany also. This man was living only some hundred meters away from the place of his murderous attack. Only one of the many cases in which people should have been deported before their criminal act. But it didn't happen in this case, as id didn't happen in other cases before. The face of the murderer

The Islamic State group described the man who carried out the attack as a 'soldier of the Islamic State' in a statement on its Telegram account on Saturday.
Friedrich Merz, a prominent politician who leads the opposition, centre-right CDU party, urged that the country stopped admitting further refugees from Syria and Afghanistan.
'It's enough!' he said in a letter on his website.
On Sunday, the IS group posted two clips on its Telegram account of what it said was the attacker.
The first purportedly showed the masked man pledging allegiance to the Islamic State leader, and the second, in which his face was blurred, allegedly showed him speaking moments before the attack.
In the German mainstream media (TV and newspapers) there are hardly ever critical articles on this long lasting problem. But in conservative media on the net they exist. Two examples.
The end of a German article:
"If something happens once, then it is a coincidence. If something happens two or three times, then it's an incident. But if people are being stabbed almost every day in Germany, then there is a system."
Gescheiterte Politikerexistenzen und ihre Floskeln - Ansage
And the end of another article:
"Mass immigration should continue, but commentators critical of politicians should be blocked on the internet. If the victims are shouting louder and louder, at least we shouldn't have to hear it any more.
And so one failure of the state and its representatives follows another. Whereby: No, it is not a failure. It is a declared intention. Citizens are to be made defenceless once and for all. As soon as they leave their protected space, they are abandoned and left to their own devices; the state degrades them into victims for the men it brings into the country. They do not flee, they are taken. By ship across the Mediterranean or by Baerbock (our Secretary of State) airline from Afghanistan. Incidentally, the day after Solingen, a demonstration by Islamists took place in front of Nuremberg Cathedral. Authorized by the city, protected by the police. A demonstration of power.
Nobody should say we didn't know. This state has not “capitulated”, as some well-meaning commentators write critically about this honest skin from a police chief. We have moved on. It is their intention to reduce us to defenceless victims who have to pay taxes to the last.
Let no one say we didn't know."

This pic had been altered it seems. It looks fake; the chin, the ears... the whole thing. The same pic is published in Germany also. Interestingly the party CDU (Christlich Demokratische Union; I don't need to translate it) is called 'centre-right'. In former times (before the chancellorship of Merkel) it was. Since then it became clearly left. Exactly this politician Merz does not exclude a coalition with the very left Green party after the elections!
Yes, to me especially the chin (& beard) and hairline. Almost as though it's some kind of composite (??)This pic had been altered it seems. It looks fake; the chin, the ears... the whole thing.
He might have been a little worse for wear after being in detention. I wouldn’t be feeling any sympathy for him.Yes, to me especially the chin (& beard) and hairline. Almost as though it's some kind of composite (??)
So I wonder if that is the case, and why? Possibly to present through the media to the public, and to represent the way the man may have previously looked, if the police are seeking other info about the guy's life recently (before capture)? Or???? I dunno.
Yeah, could be.He might have been a little worse for wear after being in detention. I wouldn’t be feeling any sympathy for him.
Lilac, we don't have many cases of self-defense here, as most of the Germans are very fearful of it. People who stop such an attacker (unfortunately after he has already killed. In Würzburg three women were killed, before other muslims could stop him) are often muslims who don't like such criminal acts too. And Germany has one of the most strict gun laws, which doesn't allow guns for self-defense. Even somebody who owns guns for sport is not permitted to carry them in public. The incidents involving attacks on unarmed citizens going about their daily lives or at festivals/concerts are on the rise everywhere. I agree (first bold type) with the end of the article that it shows a system being put in place. Worse yet, it sounds like the authorities are not doing anything to stop it.
People in charge understand what the problems are & it's unconscionable not to be doing something about it. Putting criminals above the tax-paying citizens shouldn't be happening any where. Why authorities are turning a blind eye to everything & doing nothing about it is beyond belief. Good people living in fear is no way to live & denying the right to self-defense is unconscionable.
If anyone would have ever told me years ago that we would see this in so many countries, I would have said they were nuts. But now, we are seeing it on almost a daily basis ... that is what makes the news. Most likely, more is going on than what's reported to us.
The people who want to silence the voice of the victim's are just as bad as the criminal. The voices of all victim's should be heard whether you want to here them or not. These "Silencers" are just as guilty as the offenders as they are nothing more than enablers & supporting such acts.
George, I have a question. What happens to someone in Germany who uses self-defense against a criminal?
Yes, but if a violent offender is deemed insane or mentally ill, what happens then? How does the German justice system deal with him from that point?"Unsurprisingly, Judge Mirtha Hütt acquitted the mentally ill man who stabbed two painters to death in Oggersheim. The defendant applied for a revision of the verdict in the courtroom."
