Knight Rider Takes Boy with Down Syndrome for Ride

The Hoff takes this boy from the Netherlands for a ride in his famous car, English spoken more toward the end of the video.

 

Better if he had done it without the need of a video to show how wonderful he is! He isn't a nice person!
 

Why did it bring tears to your eyes. The boy has Down's Syndrome, NO BIG DEAL, he is human like the rest of us. My son (29) has Down's Syndrome.

No disrespect intended. I have 2 friends who have Down's syndrome. I think they are very special. God puts a love in their hearts that is the most like His, I think, in this world. My tears were tears of joy, because you could see that love. Also know they have their problems like we all do, but the Love is what stands out the most.

That young man appeared to enjoy his meeting with the 'Knight Rider' and also the added bonus of a drive in that famous car.

Research into this condition continues and in the near future we may understand the reasons for this chromosomal abnormality

I agree Just plain me! I had a neighbor with Down Syndrome, and he had a heart of gold. The video touched me too, that's why I posted it!

Many celebs do things in front of the camera, so others could share in the positive things they are doing in life. It was a nice gesture on Hoff's part, and I admire him for doing it! I see nothing negative at all in that video.

That's true Michael! It brought that boy some joy, and that's all that matters! It was a pleasure to watch the interaction.

I can't answer for God, but know that everything He does is perfect. Maybe (just guessing) Ina is right "to let us see that love and happiness can be unselfish." And He gave him to you because He knew you had what it takes to care for and love one of his "special' children. And I mean that in a very good way. I think these children are very dear to God's heart and he doesn't entrust their care to just anyone.

In my opinion there is nothing good about the evil deity depicted in the Bible if it exists and deeds attributed to it are correct.:mad: Poor old maligned Satan couldn't be any worse, that is for sure!

I won't ague the point! I don't have a child with Down's Syndrome, but I have lost a daughter to CA. And the God I know is loving, just and kind and was with me and her all the way! He had a reason I will know why when I see them both again! Until then I will keep on trusting through my trials, depression and whatever else life throughs at me. Sorry you do not feel the same. And regardless of how much you hate him he still loves you.

You are entitled to you opinion of course, but all you have is assumptions about the deity, not hard evidence.
