Kohls takes Amazon returns

I bought two shirts from Amazon for my daughter for her birthday. They were too small. So I look up returns, and it tells me I can return the shirts to Kohls -- no shipping charges, no wrapping, no return label to print, just show them the QR code on my phone. Since there's a Kohls not 10 minutes from my house, that was a no brainer. I returned the shirts, and my receipt was also a 25% off coupon for Kohls. So on the way out, I saw some sweaters for my daughter and myself. She has recently lost over 40 pounds, and has nothing that fits, so I bought a sweater for each of us. Besides, she's been raiding my closet! LOL! I came home with two sweaters. It's obviously a good way to get people into a brick and mortar store, and super easy for the customer. So FYI, Kohls takes Amazon returns. By the time I got home, my account had been credited.

Interesting, Carol! Maybe that will be the future of brick and mortar stores? Acting as a return depot for Amazon? Wow.

A few months back the wife & I had ordered her a housecoat, it didn't fit so I was looking to return it. I abhore returning items to any store, finding the link to use the service at Kohl's was simple. Of course I never belived it would be that easy. I went to customer service with my smartphone. Less than 5 minutes I was on my way. Easy & a pleasant experience. Of course we used the % off to buy my wife some needed items but all in all it was painless. I guess the buyoff is getting us into the store to make those added purchases. Everyone won.
