Ladies, Do you love to wear jewelry?

They couldn't put the new holes where the old ones were because there was too much scar tissue, so the new holes are above the old ones which had grown closed.

thank you for the compliment ..:giggle:. and while it's taking me time to take my eyes from that beautiful vintage car... yes the lovely Mrs HC.. has gloves on, which I keep saying I will wear..and never do...
 
This thread got me thinking about wearing a necklace this morning. After fiddling around with it, I realized it’s too big for me. Looks better on the rack. Also, since I wear a crossbody purse, it interferes. Time to dispose of some of this bigger jewellery.

You don't have ugly hands. You reminded me of what my aunt always said. And I thought her hands were lovely.
 
A friend of mine who lost his wife several years ago.
He showed me a little box containing a piece of string which he said his wife treasured more than anything else.
The string is what he tied around her finger when he proposed because he couldn't afford a ring. :)

Yes, always earring either cz or peals, a nice watch (lately it’s been an Apple Watch, not my idea of nice) wedding ring, a small necklace. In the summer I wear an ankle bracelet and give up the necklace when it’s hot. I’m a pretty plain person so jewelry is needed. ❤️
