Heavy rains caused a catastrophic mudslide that hit the city of Mocoa in Columbia killing at least 254 with hundreds more missing and/or injured.

True they are not harvesting corn or carrots but one could say they harvest the crop that kids & adult voluntarily try or use knowing the potential hazards and lack of potential consequences in many cases.

Perhaps rebuilding will spur a non criminal product based economy. And more importantly give people food & shelter.
