Last two eve's difficulty breathing....

Very true, but perhaps not in some cases …
I have a niece who faints at the sight of a needle.

Some people have a needle phobia & maybe that's why they won't get vaccinated.
But I would have a very short life & an unpleasant slow death if I did. I use a needle 4 times/day for insulin.

And after more than one close call with death at the hands of medical professionals, I carefully think things through before agreeing to any vaccine or drug. (I'll re-post):
Four years ago a dentist did an incomplete & incompetent root canal that resulted in me spending several days in Intensive Care for Sepsis which (according to doctors) could have easily been fatal. (Verified by another dentist who completed the root canal later & showed me on x-ray the substantial infection that was left behind). The growing infection also spiked my blood sugar to 705, resulting in another potentially-fatal condition - Diabetic Ketoacidosis.
After I got out of the hospital, the dentist phoned me. To ask how I was? NO, he demanded $1,500.00 payment for his root canal, which I disputed the charge for with my credit card company. I told him, "If I were you, I'd quit while you're ahead & still breathing."

Years ago, I was having an eye exam for new glasses. The eye doctor wanted to do a Retina Exam. He assured me the pupil-dilation drug was safe & I had no reason to doubt him. He said my pupils would return to normal in 2 hours.
After having a friend drive me home, I waited for the drug to wear off so I could see again - 4 hours....8 hours.....24 hours.....still blind.
I phoned the Dr.'s office but he was on vacation. I phoned the ER & I was told "Some people have a negative reaction to the dilation drug." Of course my eye doctor didn't mention that. I felt really horrible at the prospect of blindness at 30 years old just because I agreed to a test that wasn't even necessary. Other than being born nearsighted, there was nothing wrong with my Retinas that would make such a risk necessary.
I got my eyesight back - after 7 days.

20 years later, at another eye exam, the doctor wanted to dilate my pupils again. I said, "Absolutely Not," & described my previous experience. He said, "Well, don't worry; we now have another drug that reverses the dilation drug."
I said, "The answer is still NO, especially when we have an "Optomap" Camera that takes a clear retina picture without dilation, so it would be really stupid for me to risk blindness again."
He got very irritated that I knew about the Optomap Camera, since he gets the dilation drug for free. He didn't give up; he started to tell me "The Retina photo with the Optomap Camera is not very clear." He didn't know I already had it done previously & the photo is MORE clear than with dilation drops.
I left & had another doctor (who had the Optomap Camera) do the eye exam.
ETA: While I was shopping for another eye doctor, one noticed that I have a common dry eye condition which I treat with "Refresh" eye drops daily. He started to sell me on an eye surgery to re-route the tear ducts from the lower eyelids to the upper eyelids. I asked him, "Why would I risk eye surgery that may or may not help for something I'm treating successfully & safely with eye drops?" He got really unfriendly & rushed the eye exam. Last visit for me.

Last year, I started to have pain in one tooth while eating a few days ago. I saw a dentist. They took full X-Rays.
Then the dentist told me: "I need to discuss this with you when I have enough time next week."
I said, "Well tell me the basics now."
He said, "You have many many cavities under your crowns; every tooth on the left side has decay & most on the right side. That's why I need time to talk about treatment options. You need several dental implants. The procedure will take 12 months & will cost around $40,000.00."
Since a 2nd opinion is wise, I made an appointment with another dentist for a complete exam, including another full set of X-Rays (no mention of the first dentist's diagnosis, of course).
She said, "You have ONE tooth in back that has decay under the crown - that's what's causing the pain. I recommend an extraction, root canal, & either a bridge or implant. $4,700.00."
Since I found the difference in the two diagnoses hard to believe, I specifically asked her, "What about the other crowns on that side?"
She said, "All the other ones are OK; you only have decay on that one."
So.....dentist #1 was perfectly willing to put me through 12 months of unnecessary invasive procedures - for money.

Yeah......I'll just keep thinking things through before I agree to anything..........

Sorry, but we can’t entirely agree. Granted that many of the vaccinated can still get the disease, BUT those who are fully vaccinated are less likely to be hospitalized or more importantly, die. My wife and I are near or past the 80 mark, both got the disease, and yet survived nicely without being hospitalized and are now 100% OK. Would the same be true had we not been vaccinated? Probably not.
Yes we were vaccinated and 1 booster, both in our 80's. We got Covid-19 thankfully it wasn't all that bad , like you no hospitalization, we picked up 3 test kits at the drug store and tested positive. I have COPD and I am convinced that without the vaccine I would have died, DH has diabetes and thinks it would have killed him too

The 3rd test was for our son who had it too, But for our son it was his 2nd time to have it. He had it early before tests , before vaccine and he thought he was going to die, he was so sick. He often responds badly to vaccines but he was wanting the vaccine, and has had the 3 shots and 2 boosters. He said he never wanted to get covid again!
