Laundry pods?

Yes been using them for probably 20 years...so much easier to store than powder when space is limited.. My Daughter however doesn't like them , she always uses powder... probably better value... but pods don't gunk up the machine drawer...

I’ve been using the ā€˜seventh generation’ brand citrus scent pods and they work well. I use two pods for a larger load of white laundry, and everything comes out fine.
Oh I didn't know the natural companies were doing pods also. I like Seventh Generation products.

I use liquid. My stacking washer is small and I use less soap than they would recomend. If I ever move and have a full size washer, I could look into them.

They certainly can be convenient for people like Marie or people who have difficulty picking up heavier items.

I use dishwasher pods all the time, and think they are fantastic. They clean so well.

Now I'm thinking of getting pods for clothes when my liquid detergent runs out.
I haven't tried them yet, but will soon from all the good reviews.... and yes @Remy ... heavy bottles aren't fun.

I use the dishwashing pods, I always run a full dishwasher but with the clothes washer I often wash small loads so I think the pods would be too much soap....anyway I've considered using them but have not because of this.

I did like them. But the last bunch we bought at Costco came in 3 or 4 bags of them. That was fine. We had bought a more modest sized in a heavy plastic container at Target the last time we ran out and it was just the right size for one bag of pods. But somehow they started resolving making a big wasteful mess. Perhaps there had been an open one in the original container and that liquid started a chain reaction? I will make sure it is clean, rinsed and dry before putting in the next bag full. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for your inputs, I like to hear from real people real life testimonials. ;) It sounds like they do a reasonably good job, price sounds agreeable, pods getting a decent rating for convenience .
...putting laundry and dishwasher pods on my shopping list.

For me, it’s just a natural liquid. I don’t even know if even they sell powdered detergent around here in the main stores. Iā€˜ve decanted a huge container into a smaller container when I have to take it somewhere.

I like the laundry pods. We use less detergent and our clothes are cleaner and have less soap residue. The dishwasher pods never dissolved well for me. The outer gel shell plugged up the spray holes in my dishwasher.
