Leader: Integrity, Ability to delegate, Communication, Self-awareness, Gratitude, learning ability, influence, Empathy

Good followers; Judgement, Work Ethic, Competence, Discretion, loyalty, Ego management

I took a leadership management course in Bible college. The course stated to be a leader you must have people who follow you, therefore a person must have a posse to order about. I changed my major based on instructor's interpretation of a leader.

I am neither leader nor follower I don't know what I am but I know who I am.

I've always been a 'quiet' leader... I'm not one to stand up with a megaphone and get people to do things, but I'm good at coming along side co-workers and checking on how I can help them to accomplish what they need to do while setting an example of taking initiative and completing my own tasks in a timely manner.

Do not lead for I may not always follow.
Do not follow for I may not always lead.
Walk by my side and just be my friend.

I'm my own person. This is not an either or situation for me. I do what's right for me.

I'm sure not a leader but I'm not a follower either. I seem to march to a different drummer. I can take a lot but when I snap I really snap.
I have always said, I march to the beat of a different flute player....
I can tolerate alot of stuff , but fuse is short and burns fast...
A coworker asked my wife about my short fuse...
she replied... "What Fuse?"

I spent forty years in the military and would not have lasted long it I had not been able to get guys to follow me because they wanted to rather because I would have had them shot if they didn't!
