Learning curve after surgery

Things I've learned since my surgery.

1. Taking any product containing 'acetaminophen' can increase your chances of developing or aggrevating a condition called 'fatty liver'.

My doctor prescriped acetaminophen products for pain, I continued to take it over the next year and half my ALT/AST continued to rise then dropped back to normal after taking me off them. He then prescribed one aspirin a day, could prevent the development of polyps .
2. Using flushable baby wipes and other personal cleaning products containing methylisothiazolinone, abreviated MI or MIT is a highly toxic chemical that can irritate the skin causing rashes especially to baby or senior adults.

I was using them to clean up but suffered as a result of using them, my great-grand-daughter's mother was using them to change and the GGD developed horrendous diaper rash that cleared up after I warned her mother to stop using them. Also according to a plumber they are the main cause of clogs in sewer lines even though they claim to be flushable.
3. Kale was NOT something I had to eat, popcorn was a healthy colon cleanser and coffee was the newest health food.

Isn't modern medicine just great. The Nurse's drug handbook [PDR] has hundreds or thousands of FDA approved drug listed and if you remove the antibiotics nothing else in the PRD cures anything only manages symptoms and gives side effects.

A year and a half? Oh boy.

A doctor told me I could take otc tylenol 3 at a time 4 times a day and mix with otc motrin. If you keep up water intake and burn some calories/fat cells on regular basis there shouldn't be too much of a toxicity problem short term. I only had to do it for about a month and half. I like to go without pain meds and frequently only take the anti-inflammatories because at least I know they are doing something other than blocking pain. Maybe that's the key like the aspirin, switch up and/or try to do without as long as possible.

Also I read prolonged use of otc meds like Motrin, Tylenol and Advil can raise blood pressure. My bp blew about a month after the injury and on daily otc painkillers along with no activity.
