That's good that the hospitality dr had the good advice for you regarding exercise.
My computer totally refuses to print the type of dr. Correctly.
After all, they've only had that type of dr for the past few decades? 😁😁😁

The nurses don't have a clue. They just go by what the Orkin guy says. I do wish we could report them to the health dept and maybe get some of it under control. But I doubt they'd do anything.

might have another bed bug room to clean today. the fella that had them was on the city bus and he had them BAD. i feel sorry for the other folks on the bus. it's a shame the health dept. can't do something to stop the spread. it's been really bad for 2 wks now. i'm praying it settles down soon. the hospital isn't infested we've just had more than normal amount of patients with them.

i will get an entire blessed weekend away from it all thank God! i loaded some more games and found some more for my wishlist. gonna try to fire up assassin's creed this weekend.

i have to replace some parts on my cpap machine because i have a leak somewhere that's affecting my numbers. last time it behaved this way it was a leak from the water chamber. i'm replacing that and the climate hose. i'm pretty sure they've been on more than 6 mo.
 
I have become disenchanted with takeout on doordash as well as much of the programming on hbo max and paramount.

I'm considering switching to frndly tv. It has a little bit cleaner programming. I will still keep using walmart+ for free shipping and free delivery.

I'm rather disgusted with the program menus anymore. Between the sex and violence and horror stuff I am finding it difficult to find stuff that doesn't disgust me anymore.
 
They were at the start of the game. By almost 4th quarter I gave up and went and did dishes and played video games. Dallas is already losing.
 
I'm not looking forward to going to work today. At all. The bed bug situation there is frustrating me.

I am starting to get the hang of my hobbit game I think. It's just a little slow going. I've been having to Google information because there's no tutorial apparently.

I have it set up now so that I can pay my rent via Zillow through my bank account so we don't have to worry about my check getting lost in the mail. So now I rarely will need stamps. I can't believe they have gotten so high in price. They're up to 78 cents this year. Who wants to pay almost a dollar for a stamp? The USPS should know better.

I watched new episodes of the stuff I've been keeping up with on Paramount. I'm debating on whether I want to go ahead and watch landman or not. We'll see. From what I'm reading online I might not watch it. I'm sick of programming with severe swearing and sex scenes and nudity and so much violence anymore. The other stuff I watch is at least better in terms of mature content.

Most of what I prefer to watch is TV 14 or less. I don't like stuff that's rated TV MA because there's too much I have to fast forward through or look away from. It's getting more difficult to find PG programming anymore. Most of it is R and above. It's disgusting.

I painted my nails with some Sally Hansen over the weekend. They've been growing out.
 
Yesterday there was no bed bug rooms at work. One cdiff room but it didn't get emptied out til after I was gone. Yay!

So I called Walmart customer service today because I never got a refund on something I canceled when they changed it on me from delivery to shipping. So when you get things delivered they put a hold on a little bit larger amount to cover the costs of whatever substitutions you choose. So the price of the item I canceled was included in that.

Normally the refund shows up in my checking account within the 10 days. This time never saw it. According to customer service I was never charged for the item as it was removed from the amount that was being held for the completion of my order. So I got it I just didn't get it in my checking account. So I'm ok with that.

So if I have a $50 order and let's say they put a hold on $70 until my order is complete and I canceled a $5 item before they delivered my groceries so they just pulled that $5 from that $70 since I wasn't actually purchasing it anymore. Makes it easier. They're using AI to answer the phones at customer service now so I just kept asking for a representative. Me and the AI don't get along on these customer service sites.

I woke up early cuz I got stuff on my mind that's stressing me out a little bit so I'm sitting here partaking in some caffeine this morning. A necessary evil if I plan to make it through the day.

Tomorrow I have my 6 mo with my stupid primary. He's not gonna be happy when I tell him I've been cutting my fluid pills in half. I don't need a whole one and the whole one was making me constipated. Soon as I started taking only half I went back to my regular bathroom schedule. So he can kiss my butt.

I hafta wait til day of to get my bloodwork done because his nurse can't seem to get things set up to where I can do it at the lab at work. She either doesn't get the order put in or she screws it up by putting in fasting and he rarely ever takes a fasting blood work up from me. And I'm not going out of my way to go to the clinic to get it done beforehand cuz then I hafta walk across two parking lots in God knows what kind of weather to get to work then. So they can just wait.

Tomorrow after the dr appt I will probably get something from Burger King and play video games. I like Jimmy John's and Burger King. That's all I seem to be able to stomach for take out anymore. I got another game last night called Roots of Pacha. It's like a villager type game.

When I go on vacation I'm gonna be a gaming fool! LOL
 
Something I've been noticing more that I don't understand is the tv commercials in Spanish. If our tv's can be set to a specific language (Spanish being one of them), why do we need commercials in Spanish? Seems sort of redundant. Plus it's kind of annoying.
 
I've been busting my butt non stop all night trying to get the unit nice and clean for surveyors tomorrow.

I don't think I'll get it all done though. This is a good sized unit for someone in my health condition.
