Learning How To Live Life

I get irritated with our bosses because they chant their new motto, do the right things right all the time.

However, if it involves pestering them too much they scold us like children and flat out tell us they don't wanna hear it.

I find that extremely insulting.
 

Since I'm stressed out with having surveyors at work my Tourette's is bothering me a bit which is kinda frustrating.

My dr appt is at 3. Then I'm coming home to have some Burger King and do very little. I do have some dishes that need doing. I was hurting too much last night to get much done. Some nights that trip up the three steps to the porch after work is slower going.
 

well, doc said i looked and sounded better than he's seen me in the last 2 years. so i'm guessing the roflumilast is helping which is a blessing. my bp was 127/68. i've lost 22 lbs. 😃 he was running behind so it was after 4 before he got to me.

i'm waiting on burger king and gonna watch some tv. then i'll do my dishes and get back into my jammies and play video games. they're showing the house next door so i hope we get some nice, quiet neighbors. please GOD!

he said they won't get my bloodwork back til tomorrow and they'll call me.
