Did some looking and being dehydrated could be causing a COPD flare up so I'm gonna drink water today except for one bottle of soda because I need the caffeine to help with my headache. LOL!

It's a little better but I can still feel it. Glad I'm in an easier area for a couple days. The gal that's working 3 days in the unit is already belly aching.
