Learning How To Live Life

@Kaila yes she is and it's sweet.

@Everyone so I spent some time playing Palia but got stuck looking for a character in game so then I played some Minecraft. Finished the basement and started on the bedroom. Then I was looking through the xbox store and found two games I had been playing on the Switch before I went offline. One was called Grow: Song of the Evertree and the other one is OOBLETS!! I'm so excited!! I love Ooblets! There's several Switch games that have come to xbox. I just hope we get Moonlight Peaks. Never would've seen those games had I not ventured into the box that said women community games. Yes!!

Gonna start the new Paramount series called CIA while I nibble. Goodnight all!

Well if you'd like a Minecraft buddy my ID is OnTheFritz4169. I'm building a cabin atm but I need to expand it a brick so I can try to make a basement.

I play stardew valley on my phone and the xbox. I have 2 wii's but need a special adapter for the tv so I'm gonna donate them back to the place i purchased them second hand from.
I haven't played Minecraft on PC for some time... just signed on - getting the hang of it again, but I have NO idea how to find other people...

So I've been noticing various health issues and symptoms popping up and getting worse lately. Couldn't put my finger on it. But after doing some research on gluten allergies and the rise of them, I am honestly convinced that is what is happening with me. Nothing else seems to be helping. I have almost all the symptoms except one I think. So I'm gonna try a gluten free diet and see what happens. I just bought a bunch of groceries but if I could get this to stop I'd gladly pitch them.

I'm working on a new grocery list. Several people on reddit said they have issues with the Walmart brand Great Value foods not being totally gluten free. The canned veggies and fruit appear to be safe.

I am looking to get everything gluten free and see what happens.

Anyway, CaliS came to visit me in Minecraft last night. It was fun.

I worked on some quests on Palia last night.

Working today. Will try to be careful what I eat today.

If you think it's your food, you may be right. It won't hurt to change what your eating to find out & you'll probably be eating better. They have more products now for people who have problems with wheat. It's nice because you don't have to completely give up foods you love like pasta or breads.

Learning how to read the labels & finding how many different words there are for MSG or fake sugars is amazing. MSG is a big no-no for me & I can't tolerate the artificial sweeteners & "natural" sugar substitutes. Give me real cane sugar if I'm going to eat something. When we were kids, that stuff wasn't in our food.

I've been pretty miserable for a while and it's been getting worse so I'm gonna see if the change helps. Even in soaps and shampoos and stuff.

Marci, I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I understand you haven't been feeling well for a while. Going gluten-free may alleviate your symptoms (inflammation, eczema, etc.). It's worth the effort to find out. There are many tasty gluten-free options available.

A gluten-free diet eliminated my husband's terrible heartburn and eczema. I've also had to be gluten-free for many years.

Have a look at Mike's thread. There's some information that may be of interest. > Gluten & Pain

Good luck, Marci. I'd be glad to help you in any way. 🤗

Ty. I have been experiencing joint pain as well. Working on my list for Thursday. It will be larger than normal but worth it.

I have to be careful with scented things because of my COPD. I need to get another box of sleepy time tea. I'm not sure why. I just go through periods where I don't sleep well. Sometimes it's hormone changes.

After hearing me complain about my sleepless nights a very nice neighbor gave me a jar of Natures Way Sleep Well Gummies. I take half a gummy each night and it has helped. Before I journey to the bathroom in the night I need to wait for my back to unfreeze. By then I am wide awake. The gummies help me get back to sleep.

They contain Ashwagandha, Melatonin and Magnesium. I hope this helps you or anyone else with sleep problems.

I just take melatonin. Too much magnesium isn't safe and I'm not sure about the ashwaganda.
