It's actually a HIPAA violation so it could become an investigation. Apparently another coworker was being pestered by the nursing staff as well and also reported it. It was already an open case when I went forward. It involves another coworker of ours. I was going to ask the boss about it anyway but when other unit staff tried to drag me into what was going on and started asking me things that were making me uncomfortable and things I couldn't answer I had no choice."Might" being the key word. May I suggest you document your meeting? Date it, sign it, seal it in an envelope and mail it to yourself. When you receive it, do not open it. File it away. The postmark date is your proof of the timeline.
