Learning How To Live Life

I sometimes have to put stuff in different containers.!!!

I even make the coffee ahead, put it in frig, and reheat it in microwave. It's okay.
It's still coffee. 😊😉😄

Honestly, the hardest things to do, have to do with putting clothes on and off, and socks and shoes. 😬😱😖
I occasionally do that, too.

I got home and had some McDonald's and took a nap. I won't get immediate relief due to the severity of it. But in the next two weeks it should settle down. I'm not gaming tonight cuz I have it braced and I'm resting it. Hopefully tomorrow it will feel a little better. Doc and I discussed surgery. I don't know who my friend spoke to but they told her there was no in office surgery with just a needle.

Doc said he could do a procedure where they would numb me up and use a needle to cut the sheath instead of surgery. Less invasive and less time off. So I am keeping that in mind. If it's doable I'd rather do that. As long as I could get pain meds after. I can't get pain meds after the shots anymore if I need them.

So we'll see. Tomorrow I will start Call of Duty Black Ops 7. Doc said he played one of the black ops games when he was younger. He can't be more than 30 tops. Nice man and cute little thing. I was 180 on their scale and 184 at work.

Gonna watch tv and rest for tonight.

Versed, an amnesiac, is a form of conscious sedation, probably the most commonly used. Have both given and received it many times. It's great stuff!

The business of NPO, nothing to eat or drink for a certain period of time, is IMO partly BS. The reason is they don't want you to vomit during surgery, possibly aspirating it into your lungs. Most now say you can have sips of water, though. I have done that with no problems; YMMV.

Thinking of you and I sincerely hope the injection gets you through this until you can have the surgery.

What is YMMV?

If they can do it without doing surgery I might prefer that but not without pain killers. For some reason they won't let them prescribe a few pain pills after the shots anymore. It's only for post surgery now.

Since I let go of my DoorDash DashPass since I won't be eating out much anymore I will no longer need HBO Max that comes free with it. So since I won't be spending that $96 a year I decided to sign up for Frndly tv and I can watch it on my 4k tv. It offers a little cleaner tv which is what I prefer. I'm not fond of all the TV MA programming.

Stormy day in the forecast. Hoping to get some gaming in today but if the weather gets bad I'll hafta wait til tomorrow.
