Let's go on a walking visit to Vermont in the snow

..for all of us who can't travel to some far flung paces.. lets' sit in our cosy homes and enjoy a walk around Vermont in the Snow...

When I was up there recently, everything had a post covid feel. Not sure how to even explain it.

Back in my younger years, my wife I would go skiing. Friends asked us to go along to Vermont between Christmas and New Years that year. We had no plans, so we said we would go for the 3 days. The other couple wanted to ski Killington. I thought that would be great to ski a well known resort. The only other well known resort we had skied before that was Lake Tahoe, not the Heavenly mountain. Too high for my wife. She has a breathing problem at high altitudes.

Killington isn’t really high, but it was packed powder the day we were skiing. The surface made it pretty fast. When we went into the village, it had just started snowing. The Christmas lights were still on and everything was very nice. It looked like a picture out of a magazine.
