I have a lighted loupe that I keep in my purse. Ya never know when you'll need to look at something really, really tiny.....

I hate to admit but I have a large pair of scissors in my purse right now. I don't carry them normally. I was going out the other night about midnight to the grocery store to get some sale items. I feel safe for the most part during the day but if I go out at night the sciccors come with me. I even keep my hand on them as I enter and leave my destination.

There’s no money in my purse. I quit carrying it during the pandemic when using CCs for everything was encouraged. I used to have a tiny supply of everything and my purse ended up weighing too much.

Edited to add: I have a loonie now because some stores require them again in the shopping cart.

I just had to look that one up. The only "loonie" I've ever heard of can't fit in a purse.

I carry a large tote with "everything but the kitchen sink" as the saying goes, in it. I have a foldable spoon, a nail kit, scissors and tape measurer, a clean set of underwear, socks and turban in a ziplock bag..in case I get stuck somewhere for 24 hours or more. Also. KN95 masks and my keychain, weapon thingy. Think brass knuckles that aren't brass.
