Lets See Some T-Shirts; Themed, Colorful, Socially Conscious Or Your Favorites

Yes, they all are. I have 6 TB shirts. They retail around $65, but I get them at the outlet in Maryland, just over the Bay for about half price or more if they send me a coupon. I also like their shore slacks with a rope belt. I roll up the cuffs and walk along the water’s edge in bare feet just as the sun is setting. I like Tommy Bahama and Panama Jack shirts when I go to the shore in Jersey or Maryland or Florida on the Gulf side. They also have women’s slacks.
Did you see my Panama Jack T shirt...post #57?

I just looked at it. Really nice. Did you know that some of his shirts are considered collectibles, but I don’t know if that is one of them. I have several pieces of PJ items, including sunglasses, sun block, t-shirts and a pair of swim trunks. I bought a lot of it while in Tahiti. I also saw Joe Pesci there. He said he was on vacation, but took time to talk to a few fans. I never got that close to him.

I like wearing the TB beach pants, but not PJ. His pants have some wild prints on them. Both brands are very good quality. I really enjoy being on the beach. I once owned a boat, but when my daughter died, I sold it. She loved that boat.

My favorite T shirt? This one.....Note that it was worn for funding special olympics at the Dunkin' Donuts shop...Cops stood on the roof to be seen and heard. I participated while working for the NYSP, great fun day. But, since that day I never explain what it means unless asked. It's more fun that way.;)20220822_092225.jpg

Now you're "talking" my son's language. He's a Star Wars fanatic.
Talk about Star Wars. My son collected all the original toys and figures. He still has them all in their original boxes. He never played with them, just displayed them in his room. Guess where all that stuff is stored? Yeah, in my house and he lives in Hawaii. He says to me it wouldn’t look very cool with him being an FBI agent (now retired) and having a load of Star Wars toys and figures.

I remember when the original movie came out. It was playing at a drive-in theater. We made plans to go see it on a Tuesday night. Well, as luck would have it, it rained. I told him we would go another night. He wasn’t having any of that. He said “you promised” and “please, dad, please.” No one else wanted to go. My daughter and wife were still alive, but they weren’t going, so my son and I went and we watched the movie with the wipers on for the full movie. Of course, on the way home, it finally stopped raining. BTW, he is still a Star Wars fanatic. Oh, the memories.

There are some really cool t-shirts here. It’s amazing how much money is made selling t-shirts with silk screening or whatever process they use these days. It’s estimated to be an almost $4 billion dollar business each year. I find that amazing.

My daughter has several different Goldendoodle t-shirts ... her Doodle is the size of a small horse!

Thank you. No I didn't know PJ T-shirts are collectibles. How long were you in Tahiti? Did you like it there?

I spent 4 days in Tahiti. I heard that it was a lot like being in Hawaii, but it was more festive and food everywhere, especially plenty of fresh fruit. Yes, I would gladly go again. They seem to like to enjoy paying tribute to the Gods (people in costumes) and plenty of music and dancing with drums. The fishing was also excellent. We had a great time. There are a few nude beaches. Some are not marked and you can wander onto them and not know it until you are there.
