Hi everyone. I'm thrilled to have found this site.

I'm 65, retired for a few years and very much enjoying the simple life. Living in a large city, by a light rail station, close enough to the urban core for fun and far enough that my SO likes it. I would live in a condo tower, he must have a dog in his life. So during the last crash we downsized to a townhouse. No yard work, no pool care, no large exterior expenses and the HOA fee is very reasonable for those services.

Life on the Patio and our Hobby House (always something to do) has kept us busy, yet allows us to relax and enjoy friends and family.
