Remote control battery gone flat. No spares?
Simply spin the batteries with your thumb/fingers for 30 seconds whilst still in the remote.
This gives enough power for it to work until you get new batteries.

I rub the active end on fabric. { pants, bed, chair) for 15 or 20 strokes. It gives me another couple of days and could work a sedond or third time.
