It is very interesting, since I've had Alzheimer's in my family and I've been taking Life Extension Memory Protect for a couple of years now, which contains Lithium. Very enlightening. It seems they may be on to something. It didn't really go into foods or diet for prevention, but that's probably something that can be found by asking the internet. Anyway, it sounds promising for future treatment and prevention.
