Little One Must Put Her Parents In Their Place

That little one is bold! I don't remember children hollering at adults that way, much less parents thinking it was funny. If our kids said anything like that, we would say, "watch your mouth when speaking to your elders", and " Show some respect".
i guess everything about raising children has changed in today's world.

I find that very disturbing for a two year old. She must hear shouting from the parents
and how will she act when she goes to school? Will she yell at her teacher?
Why would parents think she is funny unless they want the video on youtube.

Can't see a problem with it myself.

Reading the first two comments before I watched the video I was expecting to see and hear something very bad.

The little one puts me in mind of my grand daughter at that age, she is now 17 and I've never heard shouting at parents the way she does, it's quite disconcerting. I can't follow any parent who is prepared to put up with that.

I agree with Bee and Pam. I saw nothing wrong with it, the little girl was just adorable in her frustration with her parents (mother). I think the mother laughing was just egging her on for sure. she knew it would make an amusing video. She was scolding her mother, but she certainly wasn't being bratty like some kids I see in the supermarket. The little one was quite charming I thought. :)

Whilst we permitted our kids to voice their opinions they had to do so politely, and if we didn't agree, they had to accept our 'superior' wisdom!

I had to listen to it twice before I could really understand what she was saying. She has such a strong Northern Irish accent it was quite difficult, coupled with the fact that she's only 2 of course. However I'm kind of torn here..I think dad was telling her what to say and so he was egging her on and besides being in the 'terrible twos' she's just learning to assert herself , but in all honesty I do think she's going to grow into a very precocious child if they don't nip that in the bud pretty quick.
