Location of the TV in the bedroom

Like @Naturally, the bedroom TV is against the wall opposite the foot of the bed.

We don't hook it up to the Internet. Although we can watch some TV channels via an antenna we bought, we generally watch DVDs we've bought.

Then there's the TV in the living room.

Rarely watched but nice to have the option, my TV is in a corner at the foot of the bed, to the left

Until I moved here I’ve never had a TV in the bedroom and have never desired a tv in the bedroom. This house has fixed connections with TV’s and one of them is in my bedroom.
It’s a big room and I do sometimes watch tv in there but have never watched tv in bed; even if I was sick, it doesn’t appeal to me. The only thing I do in my bed is sleep.

I got rid of my TV in the bedroom. I don't miss it.
Well, once in a while. If there's a show I want to watch , I'll stay up in the living room.
Me, too. My husband wasn't thrilled when I said I wanted the TV out of the bedroom, but he went along with it.

When I'm cooking, I watch TV in the kitchen, and at night, I watch TV in the living room. What does it matter if I fall asleep on the couch during a late-night show? I eventually wake up to go to the bathroom (don't we all?🙄), and then I make my way to the bedroom.

I have never had and never will ever have an idiot box in my bedroom. I could think of doing something a lot better then watching commercials in my bed.
You could do both y’know @Packerjohn 😉 Ron and I are proof of that! 😈

To answer the question, we have a TV at the foot of the bed, on the dresser. Ron has fallen asleep to the TV for many years…car shows, shark tank, etc. I seldom watch any tv at all except for movies. So he watches tv and I listen to books on my phone while also playing one of the many games I enjoy.

No TV in the bedroom, but a spare bedroom is a small theater with a projector in the closet and a motorized 106” screen on a wall.

Mine is at the foot of the bed. So I look right at it. It's the only TV I have. I love being lazy and watching TV in bed. It actually does help me get to sleep. They say it's a no. But it works for me. I usually don't have trouble falling asleep but sometimes my mind races with bad thoughts from the past and turning the TV back on will calm my brain and I can go to sleep.

I just had a new cable box installed. Mine was obsolete and I couldn't watch on demand anymore. The thing has a blue line down the side. I was surprised how much light it gave off with the lights off. Luckily I was able to do a Google search and I could turn that light off. One minor problem solved.
