I never liked these bachelor/bachelorette shows, when I heard about this one for older people I just rolled my eyes. The most I watched of any show like that was years ago on cable, Flavor of Love. Similar, but much more spicy show with Flavor Flav, he's such an odd character, I was drawn to watch it a few times, lol.

With my eyesight, I can use a clock necklace like his. šŸ˜‰

I sometimes watch it for entertainment purposes. I try and guess who is going to be the next bachelorette. Itā€™s hilariously entertaining when you take it seriously.

Supposedly they discussed everything during the fantasy suite date and that's when he realized she was the one. Some feel his eyes lit up when she told him she had a successful career in finance. I did notice that. When all caught up in the hype, these contestants claim they'd move anywhere to be with their new love. Apparently not. :rolleyes:

Well...some of the contestants got more than their 15 minutes of fame because they garnered fans and appeared on the related shows. Get ready for The Golden Bachelorette. :LOL:

Yep. The Golden Bachelorette is coming September 18. Arenā€™t you watching the regular Bachelorette with Jen? I donā€™t know how these ladies do it. How do they make out with all these men and then vote them all off?
Anyway I enjoy watching it for some reason. I figure much of it IS staged. Sam was something else. What an aggressive hot rod he was.

Note: I noticed the golden bachelorā€™s light up when she had a successful business also. I was suppressed when he picked her. He seemed much more connected to that younger one.
 
You mean this guy isnā€™t a saint? Godā€™s gift to women? The man every woman wants to spend her golden years with? I am shocked. Shocked!

I always thought it strange that a couple dozen very fit, good looking and intelligent women would all swoon and fuss over one man. My guess is any of them would have the pick of a variety of many men. Her biggest problem would be making a decision to settle with just one.

YouTube videos labeled him an opportunist because the theory was that he switched his choice after hearing Theresa is in finance and after he had told Leslie, she was the one. A couple of the YT episodes did an expose on the serious relationship he had after his wife died and it wasn't pretty.

I only watched the first episode of Jen's season. She's a beautiful young lady. I'm always curious to see who the bachelors will be. I'll read the synopsis of the finale, which is supposed to be next week, at some point. I even saw a website that gave a weekly account of who was sent home, complete with photos during The Golden Bachelor season. Haven't checked to see if there's one for this Bachelorette.

I thought for sure that Theresa was the one. They couldnā€™t keep their hands off of each other. I felt so bad for her. She was devastated when she got dropped from the show and relationship.

Jen is a gorgeous woman. I love her hair and her small petite figure. Itā€™s down to two guys.
The finale show is this Tuesday for 3 hours.
Iā€™m looking forward to watching it.

Really? And here I thought all the older women wished they were 30 years younger so they could have his babies. Foolish me.

I bet ya Leslie is glad he didn't pick her now. During the flap about all of this, I heard that Leslie probably has more money than Theresa. There were quite a few YT videos about that whole thing. Yes, Jen is beautiful. I won't watch the finale but I'll be interested in seeing or reading a recap.

The participants on these shows arenā€™t paid anything. If they become known, itā€™s likely good for their careers or socially. Their 15 minutes of fame can be an asset.

Flavor Flav is eugly!!! Yes, I spelled that phonetically for emphasis. He has a face that even a mother couldn't love. :LOL: And he used to make these expressions to make himself seem even uglier. Never watched his show but I saw that he sponsored the women's water polo team for the Olympics this year. Good for him.
