Look what wandered into my yard yesterday!!!

My crazy husband sends me a laid back, nonchalant text, from home where he was working with his helper, (I was at work) which says simply “New neighbor, looking for work.” I figured it was someone close to where we live who knew my hubs had his own business, so just thought he’d ask if Ron needed help. So I didn’t think anything of it till I saw the photo, and realized he was making a joke…..THEN I LOST MY EVERLOVING MIND!!!

It’s a pig!!!! We have a PIG in our yard, nudging Ron’s hand for pets and food, trying to climb INTO the little bucket of water he gave it to drink, wandering around checking things out….AND I WASN’T HOME FOR ANY OF IT!!

Herman, a non venomous black racer came to visit me a while back. He keeps our place rodent free. No pigs yet Ronni.

well thankfully the farm down the lane is just far enough for us, not to smell the Piggy aroma... ..we did used to have a pig farm much closer.. oooh lord the smell every summer when it was hot used to waft up here..
