I have tried the on line sites but can't seem to find what I am looking for. If anyone knows of someone selling property that I might like for my final home, please let me know.

Power needs to be available, but well, and septic desired not city water/sewer.

It might help if you laid out what it is you're looking for. Right now all anyone knows is that it doesn't need a building and you'd rather it not have public utilities.

What search criteria are you using, have you tried finding something you like in another state and then use the same search criteria?

When I wanted a flat rural farmette situation in Nebraska it took a while of searching.
