Looking for another mate.

Well. I'll tell you. Try advertising in craigslist. I've seen so many ads for a "Female only" roommate and it's almost always a guy advertising.

There have been exceptions. One guy was looking for a male roommate, for $350 a month (or less depending on "Favors") yes, gay male.

Sometimes it's a group of 2-4 females who want another roomie. Rare is it all guys.

I wish you the best and hope you find someone special who will get along well with you. Like @Pinky said, please don't rush into anything, get to know her before living together. Also, be careful, don't trust too soon, there are some who want to take advantage. Good luck, let us know how things are going for you.
 
Take your time, do not rush, get to know someone very well before you form an attachment. Both you and the lady will be well served by doing so. To many rush into things that only bring disaster, disappointment and heartache. Love and commitment comes only with communication, knowledge and time.

Have a house that is paid for. Here lately I've got 7 woman in there 20-37 and 50's looking. I'm not rushing. Rent here is like 1500 -2000 a month here. I'm never been married and i'm 62 year old.

Bringing someone into your life is not like going to Walmart and seeing what is available on the shelf. Can you just meet a nice lady and get to her know her. Why are you looking at 7 different women?

They came looking for me only. One came for me at Walmart and one at Sam's and another one at doctor's office which one was a nurse and another one at a eye doctor office. One was at walk-in clinic. I'm a big joker with the woman. Always have been.

Some women (especially if they are lonely) take friendliness the wrong way. They think you are hitting on them. It's sad, but true.
