Looking in a mirror at your face, what do you see?

I looked in the mirror after my shower this morning, not so
long ago, about 20 min.

I see a round face, hazel eyes, some aged skin, a lovely smile
if I decide to do so, and I just did. This is me. My eyes are curious
and tender if I look close.

If I describe my hair, then I will say, short and wavy, grey with
just some bits of brown...

What do I see in the mirror? Confidence, it's why my avatar is minus my specs. I am who I am and confident with that. When I am entrusted by others I take that as a compliment, hopefully my expression gives others a clue about my character. (A silly old fool,) said a voice from the kitchen. Oh dear, time for me to shut up!

I see the rude old lady who hides under the bathroom sink and jumps out to stand in front of me.

She has a twin sister who lives in the other bathroom.

In fact, they're triplets. The third one lives under the bed and insists in getting to the full-length mirror on the bedroom door before I can get there. She sits on the dresser, too, and won't get out of the way.

I'm glad there aren't any other mirrors around because I just couldn't cope with quadruplets or quints.......

When I sit and look at myself in the mirror, I see a round-faced woman with high cheek bones and olive skin. My eyes are blue and lifelines around the eyes and mouth. Dark hair which has streaks of grey appearing. I'm told I look a lot like my dad's sister. I see a woman who loves life and looks forward to what each day has to offer.

I love the combination of blue eyes with dark hair and olive skin!

I heard a lot of people say that one day they looked in the mirror, and there was an old person looking back. I didn't know what they meant. Then about a year ago (I'm 78), I looked in the mirror, it didn't seem to be me. It was this old guy. Even though you unnoticingly age a little each day, there comes a time you realize you're old.
