Hello - from sunny Atlanta.

I'm 71, not in great health (tho working on it!), and have reached a point where I feel a strong need to have some company for this stage of my life. My husband just turned 80 a couple of weeks ago (how did THAT happen?), and also isn't in great health tho he too is now finally working on it (dietwise for both of us). I sure hope our efforts pay off.

I've read a few threads in a few forums and really like what I've seen.
