Lost Weight

I've been able to maintain my diet, too and have lost a couple of pounds. I am having a little trouble getting out and finding some of my "special diet foods". When the store is out of the items, I do without.
A friend who has been going to a weight loss doctor and is within a pound of her goal weight, told me that she has been stress eating these past few weeks. She lost about 30 pounds fast and is worried she will gain them back. Her doctor told her that she didn't need to return, but she's not ready to stop going at this time.

I gained a few pounds at first and have drifted back to normal.

A commentator on television referred to the temporary weight gain as the COVID 19 similar to the Freshman 15 weight gain for young college kids.

I was surprised I haven't lost any weight because I was poorly, and barely ate for several days. Since then I've cut down on what I eat so seems unfair I haven't lost any , but I think inactivity has a lot to do with it ..

I was losing weight unintentionally before. Now, I am also eating less to make the food last longer. My neighbor is shopping for me, but I don't want to over-burdon her.

I haven't weighed myself but I'm eating less trying to make food last longer too. Also worry and stress are taking their toll I'm sure. Tough times for sure.

I have also been less active and I was surprised to find I had lost a few, too. I have not eaten less either. I also have not been as hungry since I am not as active.
