Sorry I don't agree. He's the one that's going to get the slip from the lottery corporation . That's who they paid the money to. She will have to report her receipt of the half she received. It's not automatic because they gave him after tax money.

Since the case went thru litigation and appeals court it's a safe guess lawyers were hired.
