Loud talking = more stressful

I turned on the TV yesterday and the show that started up seemed to be a bunch of senators. One was barking questions at someone and yelling over any attempt at answering. Why do people ask questions and then not pause for an answer? Why do people interrupt each other so much? One reason for loud talking is that people are raising their voices in order to talk over someone else. It all makes my heart pound.

I had a old friend who is very loud on the phone, especially ranting on. I keep the phone away from my ear and even walk awayand return without hearing him. It's exhausting. Stressful only if he babbles on about stupid nonsense. That was years ago
He loves talking more than anything.
Try playing mediocre rock music in background or television.
